communications link failure
the last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
=>이 에러는 포트번호 오류때문에 생긴 것이다
다른 작업을 하려고 aws-rds 포트번호를 9000번을로 바꿔놨었다
다시 3306으로 바꾸니까 해결됨
